About the cloid rotary pump

    A rotary pump has a rotation mechanism in its structure; however, it is a type of positive displacement pump in terms of its working principle.

    This rotary pump has two fan-shaped blades in the casing, which rotate synchronously through a pilot gear, and the two do not come into contact. Furthermore, the casing and the cover never come into contact.

    Due to the blade’s rotation,
    the chamber pressure in the intake side (pressure in the space between the two blades and casing) decreases, and liquid enters.
    As the blade rotates, the liquid moves along the inner side of the casing towards the discharge side.
    Furthermore, the blades engage, and the liquid is discharged from the pump.

  • ●Independent pumping part

    The bearing, timing gear, and pump passage are completely separate and independent.

  • ●High wear resistance

    Important parts have undergone Kanigen and composite Kanigen treatments; therefore, they have excellent wear resistance. In addition, the rotor does not come in contact with the metal.

  • ●Complete sanitation

    Designed for easy assembly, disassembly, and cleaning.

  • ●Fan-shaped rotor

    A combination of two low-rotation rotors that don’t destroy or change the solution quality.

  • ●Material

    The wetted part is made of stainless steel or cast iron, while important parts have undergone Kanigen and composite Kanigen treatments.

  • ●Shaft sealing

    The standard is a gland packing type; however, depending on usage, V seal types or mechanical seal types can be used.
